ABOUT TALIA
As an artist, expressive arts facilitator, health educator, and coach, I've witnessed the profound impact that nature and creativity can have on the human psyche, brain, and body. Even a simple walk in the park or a moment of artistic expression can significantly transform our wellbeing. In my personal art practice, I use torn paper collage, photo, and video to engage with subjects and landscapes that bring me a sense of peace. I'm fortunate to live in a place where I can access mountains, coastlines, deserts, rivers, and canyons but I firmly believe that nature's beauty can be found anywhere... from the clouds above to the resilient weeds pushing through concrete below. It's my hope that those who view my work feel the serenity I experience while creating it.
